As you point out, there’s evidence that coffee is beneficial for hard health. However, there is a subset of people who metabolize caffeine slowly. Those people have a higher risk of side effects from caffeine including the rise of blood pressure. There’s also some evidence that slow metabolizers have a higher risk of heart attack if they drink more than two or 3 cups of coffee per day. Enjoyed the article! 👍
