Breathing helps too. By focusing on your breath, you can anchor yourself in the present moment and create a sense of calm and clarity. This practice helps to quiet the mind and reduce the influence of distracting thoughts and emotions. For me, this helps diminish the sense of self and promotes a state of inner peace.
