Fascinating article! It makes sense that mindfulness would improve memory since it teaches you to focus on the present, which can help you process and remember new information more effectively. Plus, I've seen some research suggesting it increases the size of the hippocampus. Interesting thoughts about entering in a flow state too. I don't know if it helped my memory but I used to love to play chess online. :-)
