I agree completely! I’m scaling back on possessions too and moving toward minimalism. I feel more peaceful and relaxed with each thing that I let go of. As you point out, too many “things” creates unnecessary stress and complications. Mindfulness and minimalism sets our mind free. Excellent article! 🙏
