I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this article. I've been down the same path. Grew up in a Christian home but started questioning organized religion. I agree that religion is limiting and its built around inclusion and exclusion. If you believe a certain way, you're part of the fold. If you don't, you're not.

Like you, I believe we all have souls and our souls will eventually return to the supreme source of love, whether you call it God or something else. Ultimately, it's what's in your heart and how you treat other living creatures, human and non-human that matters. As you say, organized religion can limit our soul's growth by boxing us in.

Thank you for loving souls regardless of their religion or beliefs. We need more people like you!
