Like me, you’ve probably been there. You’ve struggled to remember someone’s name or a piece of information. It’s on the tip of you tongue, but you can’t bring it to the surface.

It could be the name of a restaurant you ate at years ago or the title of a movie you saw a decade ago.

Frustrating, isn’t it? And in the modern age, we’re BOMBARDED with information and digital distractions that make it harder to sort everything out and access what we need.

🤯 The Memory Crisis No One’s Talking About

The reality is our brains can only hang on to so much information before it screams, “Overload!” and info starts slipping through the cracks.

Not being able to remember that super scary movie you watched last decade is one thing. But there are times when you don’t want your brain to freeze up, for example, when you‘re taking a test or when you’re learning new information for an upcoming exam.
