I think this is an experiment everyone should try. The times I’ve taken short breaks from social media, has been a positive experience. I missed it far less than I thought I would. At the very least, we should take your suggestion of limiting social media time to 30 minutes a day. Thank you for sharing your experience. I hope it encourages others to reclaim their time and mental health by giving social media a rest.
