I've had them and thought they were okay. Very little taste but they take on the flavor of the sauce you add. While they may not replicate the taste of traditional carbs like pasta or rice, their high glucomannan content provides gut health benefits and helps regulate blood sugar. I'll give up a little taste for health. :-)
