Oh, good for you, Rickie! You're an inspiration! Don't stop what you're doing. We have a 93 year old neighbor who walks miles every day. She also strength trains. She's amazing! Our neighborhood has steep hills and she climbs them like someone 30 years younger. She credits exercise for keeping her so healthy. :-)
