Oh, gosh, this is so true, Liberty! From my health club days, I remember a girl that came every year in January. She would do this unbelievably tough workout and would be sweating when she left. She did this for almost exactly 2 weeks and then would disappear. But she'd always come back and do the same thing the next year. I talked to her about it and she said that when she missed a day, she felt defeated and gave up. She needed to cut herself some slack!
