Oh, I'm sorry you're dealing with that! Glad it was a blood clot though. Agree with you about yoga. I never liked it either. Running and kickboxing is more my style. I never understand how people could distort their bodies into those shapes! Tai Chi is a much better choice. Great for balance too! I hope your pain resolves quickly! Keep us posted!
