Sleep really is a superpower and it's easier to give it a low priority when you're busy. I worry about the effects of light at night too. It's a struggle to block out all light too. In our area, people leave their back lights on at night. I think I need to get block out curtains. Thanks for the reminder and the excellent article. :-)
