So on target! I discovered this about 10 years ago and starting selling and donating items. I feel so much lightet with fewer possessions. They give a brief dopamine surge and them become a burden and something to maintain. I’d rather give to good causes and practice minimalism now. Great article and a reminder of the joys of living simply.
