Social Media Is Erupting Because Cracker Barrel Has Gone “Woke”
Who would have thought giving people the choice of plant-based sausage would be so polarizing?
Social media has been in turmoil the last few days and it has to do with food choices. The chaos started after the restaurant Cracker Barrel added plant-based sausage to their menu.
If you’re not familiar with Cracker Barrel, it’s an American restaurant chain that features home-style cooking prepared Southern style. It’s based in Lebanon, Tennessee, and has 675 locations nationwide.
Food and Gifts Galore
Along with serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Cracker Barrel offers a montage of gift items such as toys, candy jars, picture frames, and apparel in their country store.
Plus, you can take home old-fashioned food items such as vintage-style candies and jams and jellies produced at their own facilities.
While you’re waiting on your table, you can relax and people watch while kicking back in one of their rocking chairs outside.
