I hear it every day. Not being able to sleep or waking up often during the night tops the list of problems people complain about when they walk into a doctor’s office.

To say sleep issues affect a lot of people is an understatement. In fact, around a third of people struggle to get enough sleep. And it makes them tear their hair out in frustration!

An Underappreciated Cause of Insomnia

Sometimes all it takes to enjoy a better night’s sleep is to make your sleep schedule more consistent. Rather than staying up to watch cat videos or Netflix turn it at 9:00 pm sharp.

But that doesn’t work for everyone.
