The statement “ I do fine on 5 hours of sleep is a pet peeve of mine too. They may think they’re doing okay, but under the hood, they aren’t. Lack of sleep can lead ro insulin resistance, weight gain, mental health issues, and an increased mortality. It’s time that we put more emphasis on it. You covered the topic well!
