For years, I’ve pored over research papers about morning routines. Meditation. Cold showers. Journaling.

Yet I had missed something profound, something hiding in plain sight. 👓

Our ancestors knew it instinctively, but we’ve forgotten in our artificially lit modern world. 💡

A Breaking Point

The Unexpected Discovery

Then one sleepless night, doom-scrolling through research papers (yeah, I enjoy doing that sometimes), I discovered something that transformed my thinking.

It wasn’t in some obscure wellness blog or a viral TikTok. It was buried in a dense neuroscience paper that most people would’ve skipped right past and moved on to greener pastures.
