Wishing you much success on your journey! I know that feeling of having a goal or desire and not knowing where to start! It helps me to break my goals down into small steps and tackle them one at a time, like you do in the hospital. It is more challenging in many ways though. Medicine is so structured while being success as a write or in another online endeavor is less so. Be persistent and know it will take time to find your path. :-)
