Yes, box breathing is beneficial for so many things. I was just reading about how long COVID may be related to a reduction in the neurotransmitter serotonin. One theory is the SARS-CoV-2 remains in the gut and reduces serotonin production, leading to the neurocognitive symptoms of long COVID. Interesting article! I'm a big fan of box breahting too.
